Greenville Water Works & Sewer Board takes pride in being your local water company. Our History
The Water Works and Sewer board of the City of Greenville provide potable water and sanitary sewer services for the City of Greenville. It was established by a resolution of the City Council in 1955. The Water Works and Sewer Board currently serve approximately 3131 potable water and 2784 sanitary sewer customers. The Water Works and Sewer Board is managed by the Mayor of the City of Greenville and is governed by a five-person board that meets on a monthly basis. The Water Works and Sewer Board currently has 12 full-time employees.
